Forsyth County kitchens, baths & paint
Remodels that finish on the date we promised.
A written schedule before we start. A project lead who's on site every day. A weekly text with photos, so you always know where things stand.
How a project runs
No surprises after the demo starts
- Walkthrough. We measure, take photos and listen to how you use the space.
- Design and written price. Layout, finishes and a fixed price, line by line. No allowances that magically grow.
- Schedule. Start date, end date and every step in between, in writing.
- Build. Same crew, daily cleanup, and a photo update every Friday.
- Punch list. We walk it together and fix every item before the final payment.
Before you call
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Forsyth County?
Most of our full kitchen remodels land between $28,000 and $65,000. Cabinet painting and counter swaps can come in well under that. Your walkthrough gives you a fixed, written number.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. We pull every permit the county requires and schedule the inspections. You'll get copies for your records.
How do payments work?
A deposit to order materials, payments tied to finished milestones, and the final payment only after the punch list is complete.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
Almost always. We seal off the work area with dust walls and run air scrubbers, and for kitchens we set up a temporary sink and counter.
